Mayridge/Westbrook Apartments

I have been living here since September. I love it here. It’s quiet, no one bothers you. Landlord is so sweet and compassionate towards her tenants. There are exterminators that come inside the home and also ones that will treat the outside often so your pets are safe as well. The neighbors are also friendly. I am very pleased with this being my first apartment on my own.

Just moved in and have all new appliances. Any problem I may have encountered has been addressed efficiently and with grace. The property manager is always pleasant and charismatic. She makes sure her tenants are well taken care of and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend especially for the price.

I was happy when I lived in Mayridge/Westbrook apartments last year. It was quiet and neighbors were very friendly! Any concerns I had were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The exterminator proved monthly service, so bugs weren’t a concern. The office staff were always helpful in resolving any problems I encountered. Also, it’s my opinion that Nate should be nominated for sainthood! Parking was a problem, but not insurmountable. Finally, I received my full deposit back! Lisa Bonvillain

Okay! After living here for 2 years I’m back with an updated review. Speaking from my experience only! I recently moved as of 7/30/2023. I rented out 3205 apt 10. Here’s a list of the pros and cons. Pros - quiet - nice neighbors in my building/ loved my neighbors actually! -never had a package stolen -Never seen a roach. - snow ball treats quarterly - Spacious - updated laundry machines so easier to wash now. - communicative office staff. - park for kids. -affordable. - good grounds keeping. - low crime ( there were car break ins but that literally happens everywhere in the area just don’t keep anything valuable in your car.) my car was never broken into. Cons - Horrible parking, not enough spaces to accommodate all residents properly. Most times I would have to park far From my building

Last Tuesday I went into Mayridge and met Stacy! She was very sweet and helpful, the neighbors are very nice as well, one even offered to show me her apartment! Her apartment was really nice and clean! Stacy was very professional! I literally got my approval within 24 hours! The jetty bond system is so helpful as well! I didn’t have to pay a huge deposit! The rent is very affordable and the apartments are spacious and well kept! I can’t wait to move in! That was the easiest stress free process I’ve gone through with an apartment.
