Mayflower Square III

I'd been a home owner at the Mayflower Square 3 for 10 years. It's been a great community to live in, very quiet, great neighbors, the common areas grounds are well kept and the all buildings. I may say that throughout the years the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings has improve considerably. The only issue I'd encounter in my years living in the community has been with the management company and how they respond to owners and residents or better said the lack of response from them. The Board of director had been working hard to improve and add new features to the community. If you are looking for a place to rent or buy the mayflower square 3 is the place for you, I recommend it.

Mayflower section III is pretty cool. Mainly because it’s close to all the major roads and you can walk to most essentials like the grocery store, cvs, and Marshall’s lol. The neighborhood is pretty nice and the grounds are kept up with pretty well. The main struggle is some issues with residents not keeping their balcony’s looking nice and people from other neighborhoods dumping their big furniture items but other than that pretty good. Oh and all the close bus stops that go into the city are convenient because they jump on the HOV from seminary road so you are at the pentagon pretty quick.

Iived in this complex some years ago -- for about 20 ura. My siater teased me that I coild ha e purchased one of the buildings by then. I was comfortable there, but finally moved into.my own place ... with amaller rooms For a rental, my apt was a two bedroom with the main bedroom of substantial size, small dining room area and a breakfast room on the other side of the kitchen. Fond memories.

Don't let the comments mislead you this place is everything but great place to live. The Rodents will meet you at your front door as soon as you walk in to your place ,no matter how much you clean its no winning. Also lets not forget landlord special stay far away!!!

Nice, clean, close to shopping plazaa , grocery , shopping everything you need! only 5 mins walk . DC, old Town Alexandria only 15 mins away
