I am a current Resident at Mayfair Court. I have lived here since they were constructed and I cannot emphasize enough how Happy I am with Karla. Karla is a caring person willing to help the community at any time. She remembers every request and creates work orders at the spot. She listens to and acknowledges residents needs and assists us without a doubt. She’s professional and kind. I see a lot of positive changes for our community! Thank You Karla!

Hi im new tenant here at Mayfair Court I just moved here a week ago so far I'm loving ❤ it here it's nice apartments better than my old apartment. And the main thing I wanna mention that the management is the best here especially I wanna mention one name Kim , Kimberly she's the best. She go out of the way to help people...she is the best manager Mayfair has. I wanna thanks Kim, Kimberly for everything.........paul....

Lately we are facing some issues in the building such as: -Cars have been broken into by thieves many times -The parking tickets have been handed in late. -The gate in the garage stays open for so long because it is not fixed soon -We have run into people that are suspicious and the police has had to come and that scares the tennants. Thats why we need more care here.,, 65 McCreery Ave., San Jose Ca.
