Maxwell House Apartments

I have a family member who lives here ,,its a disgrace that people who are disabled are subjected to these conditions ,no AC for months registering 90 degrees on thermostat and was told oh well they can get their own ac unit ,,people defecating in the hall ways,,and NO ELEVATOR people who are living on the 5th thru 10th floor up can you imagine?? Its deplorable if a tenant wanted to move out how would they even get furniture down 8 or 9 flights of stairs? Unbelievable

Management Turnover Rate is HORRIBLE, the liv TV SHOW P'J's is the replica of this unsafe living conditions and after bringing concern to politians, they are letting it slide with Grace.

I'm rating that place 1 star because there is no way to rate it lower. Mgmt from local to corporate will not repair anything, and when I used to live in that roach infested, personally unsafe, vagrants sleeping in the hallways, no cooling in apts., .feceses in the hallways and on the railings in the stairwells,no maintained staff. I personally turned in work orders and they said they had no record of them. I left there because they wouldn't make the repairs needed for Augusta Housing to approve my unit from mold (and I've had a total laryngectomy so mold spores go directly into my lungs) and easily can kill or make me sick). The list can go on, but things would be safer at The Bon Aire. I want to know why the State or the Richmond County allows this living standard in GA or Richmond Count

The owners have told the workers: don’t allow heat inside this apartment until: November. They ignore cold time in October. All about MONEY. That = DEATH for the poor. Court time!!!! After I die, you go down with me.

I did a DoorDash order there. All I could do is see germs and smell bad odors from the first floor, the elevator, and whatever floor I ended up on. That place is not clean at all. I don’t think that place is safe for anyone.
