Very professional and organized. Fair price IMO compared to the competition and the services provided. Did both the 8 point inspection (I think that's what it was called) and the wind mitigation. Even when documentation was missing from the prior owner, he came through. Both inspections was on point, approved by both the insurance and the loan holder.
