Maverick East Apartments

The apartment is great do remember when they tell you it’s 1400 it become 1500 not only that but Maintenance is horrible I would definitely recommend going and finding a vendor to fix in home problems and communication with Office and management is horrible my stove has been broke 3 weeks now im having to call Glendale's housing authority /code and compliance just to try and get something done

The surrounding area is not the greatest, but the complex is small and quiet. Lots of families and kids. The units are all remodeled and super nice inside. Management is friendly and maintenance is timely! No issues, love it here :)

If you aren’t from the area be advised that this is in the ghetto. I came from out of state and had no idea that the park across the street is filled to the brim with homeless addicts who smoke pills right in front of you. There have been many nights where I look outside my window and the homeless have made their way into the complex either digging through the dumpsters or sleeping in the parking lot. Very unsafe for women, and very much like The Walking Dead. There is also a pigeon infestation problem, and there are pigeon droppings literally everywhere, you’d have to sweep almost every day outside of the unit to avoid tracking it into your home. This apartment complex is a hidden gem! Management is very responsive to community needs and address issues diligently. She assures all neighbors are respectful and comfortable. Very family oriented.

Very quiet and friendly family environment staff is very nice and very understanding. Have no complaints or issues I love living here and have amazing neighbors
