A very big thank you to K, the Assistant Manager. She was invaluable and Amazing. Very professional. And also the office staff members. Thank you also to the maintenance guy, who responded so quickly to fix my washer and refrigerator in a timely manner. The management team is doing a great job. Thank you everyone keep up the good work.

I was nervous about the move in and other residents would welcome me or not and friendly residents are. We'll from day one the office personnel were very friendly answered all my questions any problems I had were immediately taken care home and the residents mostly went out of there way to show the way things go nicely and they were open to me about how they felt when they first arrived, everyone one made me feel right at home , I believe that myself and anyone else that takes up residence here will be just as happy as me . K the assistant manager is really a helpful, caring, and professional assistant manager that I've ever met. Very nice and she went above and beyond to help me and my family with our struggling living conditions. I am grateful to seek the assistance I needed and that she was able to help me.

No one ever answers the phone I been waiting for the work orders I put in and it's been 3years and still not fix been telling them about the bathroom upstairs floor still haven't done it so use my own money to do the floor and i told them my locks in my front and back door are getting stuck that I'm either locked out my place or stuck in my place and I had to replace it myself too had to buy a towel rack cause they haven't installed one and I'm still waiting for my microwave to be replaced hasn't worked for almost 2 years

I moved into the Mathews Henson apartments in 2019. for a long time I felt it was a great place close to everything but this last past year and a half it's been hell things not getting fixed I've been without heat/AC since October of 2024 Everytime I go in the office it's the same thing we are waiting on whatever. worst thing to me is they do not communicate with their residents if there is a problem simply communicate which in my prospective will eliminate a lot of confusion and frustration. They never answer the phones which is simply and utterly wrong. They are more worried about the way their parking areas look versus how their residents are.
