Matt was so wonderful to work with. He took me to the place that I asked him to first, and it just wasn't right. He could sense it and he just asked me all the right questions. The second house was EXACTLY what we wanted!! It was not only perfect but it was also in budget! He's friendly and down to earth and he was just wonderful.

He was the seller agent for the sellers of a house I bought. Working through him was terrible. His inaction nearly cost his clients this sale numerous times. He failed to pass along questions we had to the seller, and didn't inform them of the inspection. His clients left a ton of garbage and had the water shut off, so we were unable to do a closing walk-through. Do not work with this terrible realtor.

Matt was very patient with me through my long house hunt. He is a very experienced realtor readily gets to know what you want in your house. When I found my house he helped me through the closing procedure and made it a pleasant experience. I recommend him if you are buying or selling.
