We have had a wonderful time using Matt Lunden and his team to help in the process of building our new home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking in Delaware. They offer first class service beginning with Matt on our search then Gabby in keeping us informed with our builder along the way. Landon and Paul were a big help on the day on initial walkthrough as well. We would absolutely buy another home with them. Five stars for sure!
