I filed here an application for background check because I was interested in one home here. Most personnel were friendly and I had a chance to take a look at the home. The next day I came to see another home. The lady next day was very rude and unfriendly. She gave me a key from the house and didn't tell that it is not the whole house for rent. So I walked in the front door and saw the living tenants stuff and pet. I came back to the agency and the lady very disrespectfully yelled that it is my fault that I didn't check what door (which I didn't know and nobody told me beforehand). Overall she was so rude so finally I decided to walk away and rent from another agency.

We have been tenants since 2021. We reached out to Mathis Lueker while we were still stationed in TX and told them what property we were interested in renting. We spoke with Amanda and she was very kind and helpful. She sent us pictures and told us all about the property. She met us when we arrived to do our walk through and made the experience very easy. We love being tenants with this company. They have responded very quickly when we have needed something repaired, which hasn't been very often. I highly recommend Mathis Lueker Property Management to everyone.

Mathis Lueker has been managing our property since 2011. Our experience with them has been phenomenal. In that time we have worked with Amanda and Tricia. Both are amazing and kept us up to date on what was going on with our property and have made sure that it has remained promptly occupied during tenant transitions. My husband and I have had a mixed experience with this property management company.... On the plus side, the rental process was relatively straightforward, and the location of the apartment is convenient for a last-minute move. However, there are several ongoing issues that have been frustrating. • The apartment has had persistent mold problems that haven’t been properly addressed, and the AC either doesn’t work or is unreliable—especially difficult during the warmer months. We have had to get a window unit, which only cools the living room. Maintenance requests often take longer than expected to be resolved if they’re responded to at all.
