The apartment was nice and price is affordable. But the manager is very weird and disrespectful. I walked away just because of that. She asked me to go find the building across the road myself while she went into the car and drove away to meet me there. There were few other weird moments like that during my visit, so I decided not to rent.

Asked about renewing my lease and got a backdated letter slipped under my door with no lease renewal 60 days out or 30 days prior to lease end that’s says we won’t be renewing lease and taking possession of apartment day after lease ends. Apartment manager never said anything to me about A THING! Noise complaints. Lease violations. Late paying my rent I believe twice but on time before and after those two times. Only question they ever asked me was about my children’s father; because they were being nosey and wanted to know if he lived there. He doesn’t and I told them that. I work overnights and he started coming around to assist me and take the kids off my hand; feed them while I slept and take me to my doctors appointments. No notice of LEASE VIOLATION with opportunity to rectify. Multi

I’ve lived here since 2019 I love the heights I’m close to the neighborhood Walmart and gas station, the management is amazing and so is Hiro who is the maintenance, I just signed my new lease and was given a ceiling fan for another one of my rooms the rent is a great price and plan to stay for more years to come!

Neighbor brought roaches and the landlord blamed me plus the stuff is not friendly

Took my granddaughter here she had fun . It's what mattered.
