Mason's Landing Townhomes

I have had nothing but good experiences before and since moving in a week or so ago. Melissa is so easy to work with and sincerely cares about Mason's Landing and its tenants. Anything that needed to be repaired, replaced, etc., has been completed by Chase quickly and efficiently. They both make living here a pleasure.

We know the property manager very well. The most honest and trustworthy person we have known in a long time. She is the best friend 🧡 ever.

I had the worst experience while living at this residence. Everything was fine until sometime around 7 months in things started to go downhill. I felt discriminated against and even had to reach out to the corporate office and somehow ended up communicating with the VP with the company who owns the property. There were other people who were violating policy and felt I was the only one singled out and even spoke with a different past neighbor tenant as well. The issues with the office manager became very uncomfortable to the point I worked with the area manager, at a different location, during the last part of my lease. I have lived at Mason's Landing for a year now. Just renewed my lease for another year. I have to RAVE about the property manager Melissa and the properties' maintenance staff member Chase!!. I was shocked to walk into my utility room this afternoon and it was flooded with water. I was so upset and wondering what in the world had gone wrong. I immediately...in a panic... texted the property manager Melissa about the situation. She responded to me within literally 1 minute saying that she would send Chase my way. Can you believe that Chase showed up...no exaggeration...within 3 minutes. He immediately accessed the situation saying that my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He drained my faulty old one and literally within like 45 minutes he had installed a BRAND NEW ONE!! I

Lived here w my daughter and husband for 2 years. The property manager, Melissa, was amazing. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, the neighborhood was peaceful and the pool was amazing!!
