Mason Park by Shenandoah Homes

I bought my home in July 2018 and still cannot get them to come and fix any of our issues. Called and finally spoke to Lisa. She has taken messages in the past but no one has ever returned the calls for followup. The home warranty is a joke as the previous reviewer stated. t's a waste of time and energy bc none follows up to check to see if the customers are ok. "Once you sign the paperwork they are done with you." I warn you to be very cautious when seeking them as a builder. The revolving door of employees is a joke. They only had one representative that was helpful and cared about the residents and they have since let him go. I recommend looking for other builders in the area besides Shenandoah homes. My garage has never worked consistently. If I could rate less than 1 star I would!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Tony Hicks who is onsite agent "extraordinaire" at the Mason Park subdivision - I have been a real estate broker for 14 years and have sold many new construction properties over the years but I have never had such a fabulous experience as I had with this agent/builder/community. Everything was so seamless and Tony was so accommodating to all the needs of my clients. They performed all the changes that they promised and my clients could not be happier. I want to thank Shenandoah and Tony Hicks for a wonderful experience. I hope to have another experience with them soon!!

We purchased a home in Mason Park, we had a fence installed thru the builder and after the past week of doing research we have been shorted by 5 feet in the right side and 14’8 on the left. The supervisor come out and he agreed we should have 2 more panels up front and in the rear and within minutes of him leaving an email arrived saying the builder wouldn’t do anything about it- we are not the only purchasers in here with issues and little to no reply from the builder. Once they get their $ at closing they are done with you!! Terrible and shady customer service! Still waiting on Cheyenne to call back from corporate from Friday morning!! The sales office and Joe, the supervisor are shady and sketchy. Shameful! Do not buy from Shenandoah. People in here have had problems with grading, roofi

I am totally unhappy with the lack of attention provided by Shenandoah Homes. We were told numerous things that would be taken care of by the Developer & HOA & NOTHING! The area behind our home around the holding pond is supposed to be maintained at least 4 times a year & hasn’t been touched since we closed in December 2018. The weeds are grown up over the fence like 6 feet tall. The HOA is currently managed by Towne Properties & hasn’t been turned over the the residents yet. They we’re in touch with the Builder, but both parties keep going back & forth!!! If I could give NO stars I would’ve.
