Masaryk Towers

This place is the best, the guards are kind & informative, the maintenance crew are hard working, the staff keeps the place running soooooo smoothly. Everyone was nice & courteous to us. I grew up in the area, & i always had a soft spot for this place, i remember the indoor swimming pool, it was so cool to use. I love Maseryk Towers, to bad i don’t live there, i wish I did. Beautiful place.

My experience with this place is traumatic, my family and I went to visit a relative in this location, we arrived at the door where the security guard waits to let people in, we passively waited for about two minutes until the guard could look at us. We called his attention, if he could be so kind and let us go inside, the answer was wait, idiots, I'm busy. My wife called his attention and his response was with many insults and very rude words. Our reaction was surprise. We didn't know what to say or how to act since we have never been involved in a situation as annoying as this. The date of this incident was on January 11 around 3:20pm, my children were very scared and we were more so, I imagine that we are not the only people who goes through this unpleasant situation, we imagine if jus

The exterminator is only available on Saturday which is horrible. I have set up appointment with the exterminator in the past and they don't show up sometimes. this mouse problem is horrible. I'm consistently have anxiety because of it. The dryers in the basement are often out of order from time to time. Two weeks ago, 2 out of the 5 dryers were out of order for a building with 21 floors and several resident's its pretty crazy.

Great place to live ( it safe in these gate) better than outside gates I always feel safe once I step in these gate
