I don’t know what this company thought I was but I’m no dummy. These individuals played with me for weeks, basically playing with my time because I’m a voucher holder. How am I first in line to apply but placed last because I have a voucher. I don’t understand how you’re looking at my income but they knew this and my income status before hand. This happened a few months ago but it played on my mental for so long, I had to post a review. All these individuals in this company are LIARS; even the owners that own the properties. Taking applications fees but not qualifying people because they lack income. I was told that someone with two incomes came before me but remember, I WAS THE FIRST TO APPLY!! This was a waste of time from the jump but I was desperate because I had lack of time to look f

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Lisa from Maryland Property Rentals a few months ago when I needed a home for a friend. Her support and professionalism were truly phenomenal. Thanks to her efficient assistance, my friend was able to move into his new home within a week. I highly recommend Maryland Property Rentals for all your property needs. Exceptional service!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I saw Maryland Property Rentals had a property listed on Zillow so I applied. It took a week for anyone to message me back after calling the listed number several times no one ever answered. Lisa finally message me back on Zillow a week later to set an appointment for a showing & instructed me to call upon arrival to the property. I drove 45 min to see the property.. waited for another 30 minutes. Called the phone number and extension LISA instructed me to call and nobody ever answered or returned my phone call. This company is a joke & a scam! BEWARE!!!

Our lease is up and we move out but it's been 3 months and we have not received our $2100 deposit. That is ridiculous. I do not recommend this company at all. We worked with Lisa and she is not even picking our calls anymore.

Do NOT attempt to rent from them. They will drill you over the phone asking you tons of questions instead of scheduling a viewing. I am paying $2108 currently so I certainly can afford a home for a little over $1700. She ask me how much I make per hour. I have no clue, I’m salary. It was question after question to the point that I said I am not even interested in the property anymore. Just ridiculous. Save time and go elsewhere when seeking a rental property.
