My property Addison Way 2 Condos are managed by this company, VERY POOR COMMUNICATION..on the date of my move in (8/16/2024) my unit had experience leaking coming from the pipes their in denial about it being the pipes (which are their responsibly) and are constantly trying to blame the abandoned unit above me. New Year 2026 I’ve experienced a 2nd leak, I’ve been putting all status request in the portal and have been ignored

Money seems to be more important than community to this company. I don't ask for much, despite paying the increasing fees as we go along. I'm now trying to have the ownership information changed for my condo -- since previous owner is dead -- and have followed all directions to do so. Three weeks later nothing has happened. This info is needed so we can renew our rental license to keep paying your unusually high HOA fees. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

HI, dear Sheila Curry Due to the actions of my neighbors, I am requesting that the HOA conduct a site visit to my address, 14623 Almanac Dr, Burtonsville, MD 20866, to review the house located directly in front of my property. The fence, space barrier, and using a lot of plants on his deck.. He might add more deck space. The problem: used more space than allowed, and the plants look like a bush in our community, which does not look right. I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this HOA management company, primarily due to poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unprofessional handling of homeowner concerns. In early September, my home was damaged by a leak from the unit above me. After more than a month of no response from my neighbor’s insurance, I contacted the HOA for guidance. Both the original insurance agent and Terry (the manager) told me I should not hire repairs myself because I would not be reimbursed. Terry was uncooperative and repeatedly redirected me to my own insurance company, even though I was later told the HOA would bill my neighbor. Each time I followed her instructions, I was given conflicting information. I explained that filing under my own policy would require me to pay a $500

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by American Community Management. We live in Fieldcrest Glen Estates in Glen Burnie! Homeowners in our community consistently raise concerns, send emails, submit photos, and report violations, yet nothing ever gets resolved. The rules that are posted are not enforced, and the lack of accountability has created ongoing issues that directly impact property values and overall quality of life. One of the biggest problems is parking. Despite clear parking regulations, they are not being upheld. This has become so severe that some homeowners can’t even sell their homes because prospective buyers are immediately turned off by the illegal and irresponsible parking that is allowed to continue.
