It was not good. One person was great, but the other was terrible for multiple reasons. I had to repeat myself many times, because same questions were being asked over and over. Listening skills were sorely missing. Cash to close changed drastically (by many THOUSANDS) over the last several days. My VA benefit of nothing down was WASTED. This indicated incompetence. Everything seemed to change moment to moment. Gut wrenching and stressful beyond words. Lunch was still on the desk when we were supposed to start our meeting one day. So we started late. Then we were told they had a “hard stop.” An important email went unanswered, until we called to ask the other person about it, who did answer. There was confusion, failure to communicate, and lack of professionalism. I would NEVER recommend
