When I needed to sell my Mom’s house in Warrenton in the middle of a pandemic, Mary was incredibly helpful with enabling me to successfully complete the process. Since I live about an hour away, Mary was able to take care of most of the required steps to sell the home without me needing to be present as well as connect me with services for clearing the remaining items out of the house and performing a final cleaning of it. I was very pleased with the final selling price and equally as pleased that she pointed me towards a title company that had a location minutes away from my home. I wish it had been under better circumstances, but I would highly recommend her and look forward to working with her in the future should the need arise.
