Do not make the mistake of moving into this apartment community. Management is completely unresponsive and nearly impossible to reach. Noise from surrounding units is a constant, day and night, to the point that it regularly disrupts sleep, yet management refuses to take any action or even acknowledge the issue. Property maintenance is also severely neglected. The pool is consistently dirty, the hammocks are covered in mold and unusable, and both the lounge and restrooms are closed. On top of that, trash collection has stopped entirely this week, despite residents still being charged monthly for the service, forcing us to haul our own garbage to the dumpster daily. I recently stopped by this community to ask for information because I’m considering moving here, and I had a really great experience. Katherine Correa was extremely kind, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The property looked very clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt really nice. Thanks to Katherine and the way she treated me during my visit, I’m now strongly considering making this my next home

Our experience with maintenance has been excellent! Our Maintenance Technician Romaine has been consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough with our work orders. He takes the time to explain the issues in a way we can understand and offers helpful tips. We’re very grateful for his help and professionalism.

Romaine is the absolute best!! Our AC went out and he was more than helpful, very communicative, & just out right amazing! He came out to us and had the ac back working in no time! He is the best maintenance guy we’ve ever had!
