Closed on a nearly $400,000 home new construction and there are so many issues that needed to get fix. They built the house and half of the foundation is cracked. The builders rushed the house and the house wasn’t finished neatly. Everything is rough. I’ve had issues with plumbing, and I haven’t had hot water running in 2 bathrooms for almost 8 months now. All of the toilets leak toilet water on the bottom. The bottom of the sink leaks. The builder dumped ALOT of trash on my property and left it there at that. Upon arrival I noticed the dishwasher wasn't installed properly floors were uneven (just had acl surgery) soft spots all over and the floor not even at all.
