We were looking to buy in Northern Idaho and we met with a couple different agents. We were not impressed with what we were dealing with but then we contacted Bonnie! Everything changed for the positive after we talked with her. We didn't know what we were doing and she held our hands and handled everything she was so kind and professional. I won't go into too much detail but she got us things the seller wasn't interested in letting us have. Her whole family was involved with us and her assistant Tracy was too. We were in constant contact and we bought our dream house and it wouldn't have happened without the Martinelli family. Thank you so much for all your help God bless.
