I Can't give more than 5⭐'s in rating Marshall apartment's,What I do know is they definitely deserves More. As far as Property Manager Of The year, Shawanna has by far been the best I’ve dealt with, her willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made my leasing period very easy. What else could I ask for? So thankful the property is well maintained, Nice quiet area, That makes me feel Safe & Comfortable living here!! When you find comfort in your home, you truly find peace!! So A big Shout out to Shawanna and hopefully a Raise!! Your Commitment, Dedication and Passion for Your Tenants Is Really Appreciated💞 Thank You !!

thanks sooo much for lying to my face and wasting my time. came in, in person to inquire. Was told there wasn’t a very long wait list for the 3 bed, so i applied. Just to wait over the weekend, i called today and now the wait list is 1-2 years long. That’s ridiculous tbh.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to take a moment to recognize how amazing Shawnna is at the Marshall Apartments. From the very beginning, she has been nothing but kind, professional, and extremely helpful. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel heard and supported. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Shawnna has responded quickly and taken care of it without hesitation. It’s not easy to find someone who genuinely cares about the people in the community, but she does — and it shows. The Marshall Apartments have been a great place to live, and a big part of that is thanks to the staff, especially Shawnna. Highly recommend!

horrible management, manager has a big ego. Not allowed to park when visiting a resident. She was not professional at all. Extremely rude lady.

I have been a resident of Marshall Apartments since 1995. I get along with the manager, the staff, and the maintenance crew. What can I say? I like where I live!
