I moved across the country and into an apartment I had not seen in person that was managed by Marsh Management Services. They made the move- in as easy and stress free as possible. They were so responsive to all of my questions before I made the move and maintained that quick response time my entire time with them. I rented from them for 4.5 years. During my time with them, they were super responsive, quick to provide maintenance when needed, and even allowed me to go to month to month during COVID since I had been with them for years, which allowed me to start my house hunting journey. I have been a resident for 6 years at Cortlandt Village on E Broad. Marsh Management has done an excellent job of customer service. Any issues were taken care of in a speedy manner. Last year I happened to be biking past their office on Price street when my bike chain fell off. Although we had never met, Matt was out front and helped me get going again. Only after he helped me did we make the connection that he was the new Prop. Manager! Matt has been the most attentive, helpful, "on the ball" professional I've dealt with. I recently purchased a home and moved but I highly recommend Marsh Management. The are real Pros !

We loved renting from Marsh Management. Matt was super easy to contact and was very reasonable to work with -- easiest move in and out process that I have experienced. We were on Nicoll street and absolutely loved the location being so close to Downtown. The place was very nice and felt so clean and fresh.
