Marsh Landing Apartments

Worst place in Brunswick Georgia don't fall for their lies and they are tyrants to their tenants. The owner is a slum Lord ..I have a disabled blind friend who fell through the kitchen floor because his refrigerator fell through the floor .they called the police and threatened to have him arrested stating he should have reported it sooner oh believe me when I say all of it has been reported by multiple family members. The condition of not being arrested is that he has to sign his new lease in front of the officers they called out and his new lease wasn't due until the following day .but if he didn't sign right now he was going to jail .do you selves a favor and run like hell from these sleaze bags!!!!

Recently checked with Cassie O'Quinn the general manager about renting a one bedroom for myself. Cassie is a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Recommend highly !

I have lived here for 3 years and love the quiet community, my view, and my cozy apartments. My kitchen was upgraded a couple of years ago and my flooring. Maintenance and management are excellent, friendly, quick to respond. I love the single level living and lots of green space. The walls are so thick that you don't hear neighbors at all. Plus the rent compared to other apartment complexes here is pretty reasonable. A fenced dog park would be nice along with a swimming pool, but i have no plans whatsoever to move :) Keep up the great work! :)

I have been absolutely thrilled ever since I moved into the apartments here. They're located close to my job, and the rent is affordable especially with the value included. The management is always available for questions and concerns, and every maintenance issue I've encountered was handled quickly and efficiently. The team working here make me feel valued, and I can see myself staying for quite a while. It's already been 3 years, and I love it!

Cassie the property manager is super kind and helpful, maintenance team is really sweet as well. Lots of nice grassy areas and a decent amount of square footage with lots of storage space. I also love that they do transfers, we just transferred with Elon Management to Savannah and Cassie made it super easy to do so. Lots of good people in the little community. Thank y’all!
