We had a very disappointing experience with Marra Homes. I called them twice and finally received a return call. However, during the conversation, the representative abruptly ended the call as I was explaining the reason for reaching out. I hoped it was a mistake and waited for a callback, but no follow-up ever came. My husband and I are successful entrepreneurs planning to build a custom home, and we were referred to this company. Unfortunately, it seems my accent was an issue for them, as the call was terminated the moment it became apparent.
