Neighborhood is nice, but the apartments are run down and poorly maintained. We had mushrooms growing on move in day and a significant water leak that was unaddressed for 4 months (see video from one month in - it only got worse). In 2024, I don't think these are worth anyone's time.

Used to live there years ago and was really happy with the way the property was maintained, am looking for a apartment but cross this off the list, looks like it went downhill faster then a snowboarder

I had a great experience with the leasing office through the application and move in process and the staff has been very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.

If I could rate it zero stars I would! Do not move here mold painted over leaky windows upstairs neighbors sewage came up in my units sink and it took maintenance forever to fix the issue and my pregnant fiancée and 5yr old had to breathe in that mess we’ve all stayed sick numerous times because of all the mold and dirty hvac filter in the apartment maintenance only came in and replaced it once!. Dishwasher was out of place and not working on move in 2yrs ago also me and my fiancée was shown a demo and not the actual unit when we asked about us seeing the actual unit an excuse came about so the actual unit we was in was far different from the demo unit it was utter crap I caught maintenance a few times just chilling in my apartment through my ring camera.
