I had an amazing experience with the maintenance team at Marquis Parkside today! I submitted a request for a heating and hot water issue, and they responded immediately. The technicians arrived right away, fixed the system on the balcony, and even replaced my smoke alarm battery. Everything was handled professionally and incredibly fast—all within an hour. Special thanks to the team for keeping my home warm and comfortable. Highly recommend their service!

I’ve had a great experience living at Marquis Parkside. From day one, the staff has been welcoming and friendly, and even the maintenance team takes the time to wave and say hello, which really makes a difference and helps it feel like a true community. I especially want to recognize Jay, the Assistant Manager. He has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, Jay followed up quickly and made sure things were handled clearly and efficiently. He truly cares about the resident experience. The amenities are a big plus as well. The pool and fitness center are well maintained and easy to enjoy. Overall, this has been a positive and smooth living experience, and the team plays a huge role in that. Highly recommend Marquis Parkside.

We’ve lived in CWS apartments for 5 years, and our leasing experience with Mariam at Marquis Lakeside was 5/5. She gave us a great tour and made the move-in process easy. After moving, we felt the apartment is a bit older than our previous community, the kitchen cabinets are placed higher, and there’s no trash pick-up, which we were used to. But the space is great, and we love our huge patio. The gym and pool also look really nice. Overall, the apartment has a few inconveniences, but Mariam was outstanding and very helpful throughout.

I’m an amazon driver in the area! The leasing office attendants are some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve worked with. Any time I need help with delivering or looking for an apartment number they always have taken time out of their busy schedule to help me. Plus the apartment complex is a very safe place to be. I recommend highly.

Moving into this place was the most 5 star customer service experience I have ever had. Brian Gomez was patient, kind and hardworking through the certain obstacles I had to get approved and there is no way he makes enough money compared to the hospitality and service he is providing. Marquis, do whatever you can to keep this guy. I am proud to live here knowing Brian works here. Very thankful ❤️
