Marquis Coral Springs

I always enjoy visiting my girlfriend at Marquis at Coral Springs. The community has a really welcoming atmosphere, and every time I’m there the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the Sip & Paint event they hosted in February, it was such a fun experience and a great way for residents to get together and be social. It’s nice to see a community that actually puts effort into hosting events like that. The apartments themselves are also really nice, very spacious and comfortable, which makes it a great place to spend time. Overall, it’s always a great experience when I visit, and it’s clear that the staff works hard to make it a pleasant place to live.

10/10 – I Highly Recommend Living at Marquis! I absolutely love living at Marquis. The property is always so clean, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. No place is ever going to be 100% perfect, but this community feels pretty close! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Tatiana, the Assistant Manager. She truly cares about the residents and always makes sure anything I need gets taken care of. The entire office team is wonderful, and the maintenance team is awesome as well they’re responsive, professional, and kind. This is my second time living here at Marquis and I love it just as much as the first time!! Everyone at the office is so sweet and especially Tatiana is always sooo helpful! Wouldn’t choose any other place to live. 10 out of 10!

I’ve lived in this community for almost two years now, and overall I’m very happy to call it home. The grounds are consistently clean, well maintained, and quiet, and the residents are friendly in their own courteous way. What really sets this place apart is the staff. The leasing office team is wonderful always pleasant and approachable. The manager, Melinda, is consistently kind, and the assistant manager, Tatiana, truly goes above and beyond. She is incredibly helpful, solution-oriented, and genuinely aims to please. Nothing ever feels brushed off. Maintenance has been excellent as well. Any issue I’ve had has been addressed within 24 hours, with clear communication throughout the process. Carmen was absolutely amazing during our move-in process. She went above and beyond to make everything smooth, stress-free, and organized. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. The property manager, Tatiana, was also incredible. She was attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and the community. The community itself is great — very quiet, clean, and well-maintained — which made the entire experience even better.
