Marquis Carmel Valley

Just finished living here for a year and had a great experience overall. The amount of space you get for the price is something you won't get elsewhere in Charlotte. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Good maintenance and management. I had a couple things about my apt that needed to get fixed when I moved in, but the maintenance crew was always quick to respond to requests. Shoutout to Robin on the leasing team for always being so nice and friendly! Always made me feel at home :)

If you are reading this, you may be looking to move and I cannot recommend this community enough. I never really leave reviews for places I’ve stayed but this is hands down one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in solely because of the staff that works here. I’ve only lived here a few months and I have yet to have an issue that wasn’t immediately addressed by Office staff and maintenance. I recall one morning I was off to work and unprompted, the office staff was at the entrance of the apartment complex handing out coffee and muffins at 6am. I was completely taken back by how early it was and the fact that they were doing something that was intended to just improve the days of the residents with really nothing in return. I toured Marquis of Carmel Valley 2 times and each time Robin was an absolute professional. She took her time to showed me around the complex, which I would say is absolutely clean and well taken care of. As I completed my tour Robin introduce me to some of the tenants as they said hello to her (everyone was so friendly giving a sense of community). I explained Robin what I was looking for in an apartment, and Robin made sure I got as close to my needs as possible. The apartments are very spacious and have great light. I would like to recognize and commend Ruslan, the Maintenance Technician at Marquis of Carmel Valley, for his exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to the Property Manager and Maintenance Director for their strong communication, leadership, and support. In August, a toilet valve malfunctioned in my apartment while I was cleaning, causing significant flooding. Ruslan was the only maintenance professional on duty at the time, yet he responded immediately and handled the situation with remarkable calm and professionalism. Beautiful well kept apartment complex. Staff in the office is very helpful. Apartments are quite. Maintenance team is awesome. I do not live here but I am a caregiver for someone who does live here and they love it. They have lived there for 5yrs. But I do interact with front office and the Maintenance like I said they are awesome.
