We recently hired Wade Marquette from Marquette Inspection services and we are very happy that we did. Although this is a brand new home, he found many issues that we did not see and it was immediately added to our punch list. If you are looking for a quality, very detailed inspection at a fair and reasonable price, I would hire Marquette for your inspection needs.

Like many, we were looking to shop our homeowners policy and see what premium options were out there. Marquette Home Inspections was on the list of recommended inspectors by our insurance agent. They were super responsive & friendly from the moment I reached out to inquire about pricing and availability. Wade came out to our home to do a thorough 4-point & wind mitigation inspection of our older home. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help me understand the process. He came out at 3pm and we had our full inspection reports and photos delivered to our email for our agent by dinnertime the same night. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t use them ever again! They inspected my house and missed quite a few huge things that I’ve noticed! There was black/green mold growing on visible paneling, and some more within the walls. And they never noted the rotten subfloor despite going under the house. There was also a huge leak in the roof that was never noted - with a clearly visible dark patch on the ceiling. I’ve had to spend a lot on surprise costs that they should have informed me on. 0/5 stars

Marquette Home Inspections did a fabulous job inspecting the manufactured home I purchased in Sarasota. The scheduling and payment was simple, they answered all my questions and noted the specific things I was concerned about. They performed a thorough inspection including going under the home. The report summarized the outstanding concerns and provided detail for everything. Have worked for an inspection company in another state I have a good understanding of the inspection process. This company is really good!

Wade & the family of Marquette Inspections are wonderful both personally & professionally! While our area is teaming with new companies for inspections I am not interested in what inexperience gets me in huge personal investments. The Marquette family have a very good reputation in our community and do wonderful work for a fair price, on time- in home and also paperwork as well. I used them for 4 point, wind mit, and general home inspection services. The turn around was good and so were the corrections after repairs were made. I was pleased and recommend them always.
