Marlton Colonial Apartments

Very unprofessional and false advertising of apartment pictures. I scheduled a tour and when I arrived no one was there. I called the leasing person and they said “I will guide you on the phone and the door is open for you.” First off not being present can already show you how they run this property. The apartments are not renovated completely and whoever did there painting job and finishes sucks. I wouldn’t rent here. Your welcome.

Nice quiet area! All hardwood flooring throughout the apartment with large bedroom. Huge basement for storage and you have your own washer and dryer. Grounds are always kept up with. Management and maintenance are very responsive!

I have lived here for a couple of years and it has changed management companies 3 times. From what I understand the complex is owned by a few slumlord investors. The only time I see the property maintenance man is when he is smoking and/or drinking on his front steps. I have no idea who is managing HIM, but I can tell you this, the grounds look like crap! This complex does not have the amenities of other complexes, however, I do expect the weeds to be pulled and bushes, trees, etc to be manicured. Since the recent illness of the maintenance man, they hired a resident who stepped up, "Joe" , to take care of the property. I must say, since Joe lives here and likes the area he has a vested interest in keeping the place nice and he has been doing a good job. When you call the management

Our son is content here. Great starter apartment. One man show as far as maintenance and repairs but he does respond within 24 hours. Bonus is huge basement storage and washer and dryer. Hard wood throughout. He one bath one bedroom. Very large bedroom. Decent living space and kitchen

I drove 45 minutes for a scheduled tour, could not finding the leasing office and no one would return my phone calls, and I still have never heard back from anyone in the leasing office a month later. Did not look that nice from the outside. A waste of time
