Marlowe

I have lived in Marlowe for 9 months, I can say it’s a beautiful place with great facilities. In Marlowe, you can soak in a hot water spa and have a barbecue. This place carries my good memories in St. Louis.

My daughter lived here for three years, moving in before the building was complete. I can’t emphasize enough what an amazing property Marlowe is!! The amenities and the apartments themselves are hard to beat. We visited a lot and stayed in the guest suites, which are a great option. The first year when Penny and Lily were property managers things were seamless. The last couple years there has been a bit of turnover in the office, which has created some challenges. I will note that if you are noise sensitive, this is a new building and the internal walls are pretty thin. You can clearly hear conversations in the hall and no matter how quiet your neighbors try to be, you will hear them. My wife and I have lived at Marlowe for a year and a half now and Wow the time has flown by. We love living at Marlowe…it is truly the best building in the CWE. The location is close to everything…great restaurants, cool bars and of course Forest Park. The management works hard to build a community here and as a result, we have made really good friends in the building. I can honestly say the people that live at Marlowe are some of the most interesting people we’ve met anywhere. Doctors curing cancer, zoo keepers, professional athletes (name drop…we totally chilled with Jose Quintana and his family all afternoon at the pool last year), entrepreneurs and innovators working for foundations to solve world hunger. Awesome, awesome, awesome! I have lived in 9 different apartment complexes across the country during the past 7 years. This is by far the best place I have ever lived, not just because of the building itself. But also because of the perfect management team (Penny and Lilly), and the super nice neighbors. I would definitely recommend this place to whoever wants to live in CWE (one of the best neighborhoods in STL)

I lived here for two years, during this time the building management was constantly turning over, the hot tub and speakers would break, and packages would be stolen by non-residents. When you are paying top dollar to live somewhere, you would expect a higher quality of service. The apartments were nice if you were able to get a good one with some light. Location was perfect.
