Marlowe South Las Vegas

I had the pleasure of touring Marlowe in South Las Vegas. This property is simply breathtaking. Everything smells new and it is very classy. Linard is truly amazing! He was very kind and informative. I look forward to moving in very soon. Don’t sleep on this place!

Coming from the Midwest, I had a great experience working with Adiria. She made the entire process of touring multiple floor plans and viewing the amenities very straightforward. It was nice to have everything processed, from the tour to signing the documents and moving in, all within a single day. Adiria was excellent to work with, as is the rest of the leasing office team!

Recently moved here and I have to say, the property is beautiful. It is very well kept and maintained. The apartments are stunning. Linard was absolutely wonderful during the whole process, he answered every question I had (I’m sure I drove him nuts) and was extremely helpful at all times. He made us feel right at home! Can’t thank him enough. I would highly recommend anyone who’s thinking of moving to Vegas to come here! ……. UPDATE: Absolutely loving The Marlowe South, I stand by all the things I originally said but I have to also add Gerardo is fantastic (service supervisor)! He came super quick, was super professional and extremely helpful. Grateful that he was here and able to fix any issues we had. Thank you again! :)

Since the day I checked out this apartment Linard has been super helpful! So friendly and he cares for the community. I had to call him for an urgent ask and he always picks up and solves the issue! Thank you Linard and team! The apartment is brand new and nice! I love the gym and the pool, they are so well maintained.

She handled our application process quickly and smoothly, guided us step-by-step, and explained everything in a clear, detailed, and professional way. What truly impressed us the most is that for the second day in a row, Adiria stayed after working hours and waited for us so we could finish all required steps and complete the process properly. That level of dedication is rare, and it shows how much she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. We are honestly very impressed and grateful.
