Living here going on 3 years now and love the environment and location of this community. A new property manager took over within a year that I moved in (Ken) and he’s on top of it all! Ensures the community is well maintained and respected by everyone living here. The leasing staff (Wyn) is also very warm, welcoming, and responsive. He’s always there to help so whenever I have a question or concern, I’m able to pop right into the office and get my question/ matter resolved within the same day. Honestly a great, quiet community, that offers a lot within walking distance.

I have been a resident her for almost two years and I must say the office staff is great. Ken (property manager) is quick to respond when needed. He’s in top of everything, sometimes, before we are aware anything is wrong. Wyn joined the staff a few months ago and he is a pleasure to work with. Anytime I have ever needed anything he reacted to the matter and took care of whatever the issue was. Every time I walk past the office he greets me with a friendly smile and wave. He’s warm, inviting, and very friendly. If it wasn’t for the property having a great team I would not continue to reside here.

I love this place. Wynn is amazing and so fun to talk to whenever I see him at the front desk. The apartments are amazing and so close to the action in EAV and I love when they have fun things to do like the Jazz Night & Garden club. Plus the pool and grill area is always bumping in the summer. Great Apartments for young adults looking for fun.

I just visited the Marley apts and was pleasantly surprised! The amenities and atmosphere felt like home. That’s a BIG thing for me. What really made it a great experience was rhe young man who helped us named Wyn. He was warm and inviting through the entire experience. You don’t really get that when shopping for apts in ATL. Thank you all!

This review is specifically for Wyn, who is the friendly face you see when you walk into the apartment office. Wyn has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me on so many occasions, and he is always so kind, even-keeled, and pleasant to interact with. One day when I asked how he was doing when I came to him with something I needed help with, he told me about some car trouble that was causing him stress and he was trying to figure out how to sort it out, but you would never guess he had anything stressful and crazy going on because he still seemed happy to be there, happy to help, and he made me feel like I was a priority. Wyn is really attentive, responsive, quick, and super helpful. I know if I go to him with any issue he's going to own it and make sure to find a solution, and NOT make me feel li
