Worst manufactured home dealer in America! After sale service is non-existent. Every aspect of the finished product is cheap cheap cheap. The customer service line connects you to no one half the time, the other half you get a member who will never return your call! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. HORRIBLE! LEW-116363

I purchased a home through a a mobile home park. It has been the worst experience ever. Buyer beware!!!! The homes building products are inferior. I have been told by several people at this company that you signed up for this! It is affordable housing. What??? I wasn't told that when it was sold to me. Their contractors have alcohol and drug problems.They show up reeking of alcohol and call you on the phone to set appointments while intoxicated and scream at you and hang up!!! Do your homework BEFORE you buy from this manufacturer. I will be lucky if my home lasts 5 years without extensive costs on my end. Terrible

Worst Home I have ever encountered in 32 years! Out of 24 homes I have assisted with and of course it has to be mine!! Buyer beware!! .pipes leak due to no gaskets. Cupboards all cracked. Floor starting to bow the length of the home. Purchased through a dealer. Not what I ordered. Dealer and Marlette will not contact me.

The mobile home I purchased was through the property/park owner. I moved in in November 2021 and have been experiencing issues with the home primarily I believe due to inferior quality materials. I am working with Deb Sweeny who has connected me with a contractor who has been our once to make repairs and will be returning in a few days for additional repairs. My concern is that I am continually finding serious issues of concern. I had previously reported small staples breaking through the finish on my kitchen cabinets, just two at firs but now more than a dozen. The contractor told me all that could be done was to sand them. I now have white scratch marks over staples that are protruding further. I also had issues with the bathroom sink drain and now the shower. The sink was addre

The worse place I have ever dealt with.. They didn't even put any return ducts in my son's house for the heat system, huge expense . My new tub had a crack in it so instead of replacing it ,it's been patched a couple of times still not right.18 months later.l still have 2 huge house trailers in my FRONT yard that no one will come and remove after numerous cantacts with the company.looks real nice with trees growing up through them .it's time to get an attorney.
