Just wanted to give a review for a particular employee. Darren came out to repair my porch light and he was great. He even brought in a heavy package that had been left at the bottom of my stairs. Top notch service with a smile!

Clayton Homes does not only build great homes but they are always there for any concerns and issues. Definitely the best staff to deal with and will take care of any issues in a timely manner . Great company 👌 👍

Had a few issues with my new home. I called and they sent someone out within 10 days . All concerns addressed to my satisfaction. Workers were friendly and very helpful. My contact person Deb was very nice also . Happy with my purchase. Is it high quality no but it is what we could afford and I love it !

This was the worst investment we ever made in our life We purchased our home through G and I Holmes. I would not recommend these homes to anyone. Our issues from the beginning were never taken care of. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Now after only 8 years our roof is leaking and we are expected to jump through hoops to get it paid through warranty

I am texting this to you as I just purchased a mobile home that is Clayton made and sold to me by Showcase Homes in Malta N.Y. , waited forever for delivery ! Than after several months it came ! Now we have several problems, base board paint is flaking off .,smoke and Co2 detectors do not work ! Side outside door is twisted with a gap ! Front storm door is not the right size and a gap is present ! The main door sticks ! Counter top is lifting up !! Should I go on ? There is more ! I paid good money expecting a nice home I could be proud of ! I am very disappointed!! And showcase Homes is not at all helpful ! I will wait for a response before I go further !
