My boyfriend and I have been tenants with them for almost 2 years on August 17 of this year We got a call around 2 o’clock with the leasing office stating that our apartment was on fire. we were at A family gathering an hour away and could not get home. I asked if our cats that were living with us in the apartment we’re OK and the property manager said that she didn’t know and started screaming at me and telling me to get home. she then hung up on me so I tried to call her back about five more times and we did not get an answer. Like I said we were an hour away so we had to call the fire department police department to get answers on what happened with our apartment We were told by the fire department and the police department that our two cats did not survive the fire and that the fire wa

Living conditions in homes seem fine, though I'd like to complain about the amount of dog feces in the children's park. Countless times have I and my niece gone up their and I have spotted out at least 2 "piles" that will not be attended to.

Drove through there to drop my kid off to hang with a friend. Homesty was looking at rent prices. Over priced. The unit I saw no upgrades at all. The balconies need much repair or complete upgrades. Honestly how many units total at 1000 or more for rent in the cheapest side. Inside of them literally look like mid to late 90s . Maybe government subsidizes. I would not know. However… I bet if code enforcement went In there enforcing 2 people per bedroom… they would lose half their rent.im not Stupid In this area. I did apartment leasing 2 people per bedroom. Install egress windows for a two bedroom. It’s sad when people die In a fire and your liable bc you want compactly for rent. All fun and games until you get sued. For what this property makes on rent they could update. Paint the brick, p

I’ve been living here for just over a year. My boyfriend has been living here for about, I want to say three years. Through word of mouth, he was informed the old owners and they were much better, more caring and cost efficient ( without upcharging rent each year, and repairing things that don’t actually need replaced. Like, hey- centeral air would be nice, a working washer, actually hiring workers to kill the wasps that live UNDER THE SHACKLES OF OUR ROOF. We’ve told them three times and told them the second time, to go ON THE ROOF and under the shackles. But they have their 10 n 1 maintenance ment for everything- so nothing actually helped kill them. Almost 1k a month for a tiny 1 bedroom apartment that’s one slip up from becoming a trap complex. ) - generally much more efficient at a

I strongly advise against renting at this apartment complex due to a severe and ongoing roach infestation. Despite multiple complaints to the leasing office, their only response has been to send someone to spray, which provides only temporary relief rather than addressing the root of the problem. The true issue lies in the poorly constructed flooring—there are visible cracks in the floorboards, and they have not been properly sealed. This allows roaches to breed and pile up inside the walls, making the infestation nearly impossible to control. To make matters worse, the rent here is overpriced for the substandard living conditions. No one should have to pay premium prices to live with pests. The lack of proper maintenance and structural repairs demonstrates a complete disregard for tenant
