I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. They are very accommodating and were able to hook me up with an in unit washer and dryer. Work orders were also completed VERY fast. I submitted very few minor ones, but some of them were fixed literally within like 2 hrs of submission lol. Overall, I loved my time here and would stay much longer if I could.

I moved here from Atlanta a few months ago, and so far it has been great! I came down to see the place about a month before I moved. I was quickly sold on how many amenities were available for the price. I work from home, and this place is the perfect environment for such. I look at the subtle things when I access a move, and what I was most impressed by was how immaculate the grounds and landscaping were, and the fact that there was no trash on the ground. Everything is so well-kept. The complex has everything that you could possibly need, such as laundry facility, workout area, sparkling pool with jacuzzi, and BBQ grills (gas and charcoal). I personally did not have the best experience. The moving in process was easy and I was accepted easily. However we found dead roaches under the stove tops and in the cabinets the first day of moving in. Unfortunately our building I stayed had a roach problem. They did there best throughout the year to solve it but it never worked. The maintenance team is kind but we would have situations where they wouldn’t tell us what time they would come into the apartment. They followed our instructions towards the end of our lease and concerns. However even though the layout is nice the apartment itself is simply rundown. The moving out process was stressful and at times felt like they were trying to charge us more than they should. This was because they ONLY contacted us by form of mail about our 30

Marks Church Commons was the first apartment complex that I have had to interact with. It is near the Augusta Exchange where you can find a variety of stores and restaurants. I was on a slim timeframe and was able to get all the paperwork signed and moved in within a couple of days thanks to the assistant manager Holly Walden. She was very supportive through every step of the way, and effectively responded to any questions or concerns I had. With that being said, I can't think of a single complaint about my time living here.

I would absolutely move back here in the future! Great staff, Amazing maintenance personnel that always answer questions and get to you as reasonably fast as possible. No complaints living here at all. They also offer preferred employer discounts for anyone working for partnered companies.
