Markham at Lakeline

We live in a four-bedroom apartment with high ceilings and overall high-quality interior materials, and we’ve been very satisfied with our living experience. Whenever an issue comes up, we can easily submit a maintenance request online—even on weekends—and the management team responds quickly by text. The service is prompt, and if we’re not home, the maintenance staff enters like a hotel service, fixes the problem, and leaves a note afterward. The community is very clean and well-maintained, and the leasing office staff are friendly and always helpful. Thank you, Michelle! Most of all, the biggest advantage of this apartment complex is that various markets are conveniently located nearby. We’ve been living here for about seven months now, and I can honestly say this is the best apartment community we’ve found after visiting many others. There are so many positives for me and my family. The management team is always friendly, responsive, and professional. They’re quick to help with any issues and often organize fun events for residents, which makes the community feel very welcoming. Maintenance is excellent — the pool, gym, and the air and water filters in the apartments are all serviced regularly and thoroughly. On the rare occasion we’ve had a small issue (like replacing a water filter or a light bulb), it’s been fixed very quickly. I reside in Markham At Lakeline and absolutely love the location. It’s conveniently situated near so many stores, and a nearby lake offers a fantastic spot for daily walks or relaxing. The property itself is well-maintained, with its granite and wooden cabinets. The staff is responsive and punctual. However, I wish they could improve the greenery maintenance throughout the property. Keeping the sprinklers operational would make a big difference, as the grass inside isn’t well-maintained. If it were, the neighbourhood would be truly amazing. What drew us to this apartment complex over others was its unique townhome-style planning.

Beautiful property! Very welcoming staff and I love not having to call multiple times in order to reach anybody at the office. Leasing and maintenance staff are always prompt with responding to issues and they keep this place looking lovely. I would suggest one thing that would be nice for the pool area more shaded areas for these hot summer days, but overall the pool area is beautiful!

I moved here in July 2025 and have been living in a 2BHK apartment. Overall, I’m really liking it so far. The apartments are spacious and come with an attached garage, which is a big plus. The location is excellent, very close to Lakeline Mall, and almost everything I need, including my workplace and my child’s daycare, is within a 10-minute radius. That convenience makes daily life much easier. Maintenance service deserves a solid 5/5. They usually respond within 24 hours during business hours and resolve issues efficiently. The community is gated, which adds to the sense of security. The gym is on the smaller side, but it’s usable for basic workouts. If you work at companies like Visa, Apple, Amazon, EA, eBay, or Domain, this place is definitely worth considering due to its location
