I was referred to Marketplace by a local realtor and the intake process went well. The pre-approval process took much longer than expected. However, where there may have been a mis-communication initially, Mike Bergum, the branch manager quickly and effectively provided insight and his personal attention to whatever issue caused the process to halt. Everyone can have a bad day or an overwhelming week, misunderstand text, or just simply drop the ball..we have all been there.
