Convenient parking but getting in and out is ridiculous. You have to be a resident to use the elevator so the peasants must use the stairs to exit onto D street. To return to your vehicle, plan on walking down the entrance which is a steep slope shared with vehicles. Weekend parking was $13 all day so at least it’s cheap.

I once found an apartment for sale in the building that I fell in love with but felt it was over priced so I rented from a private owner and am glad I did that instead of buying. The building management is pretty rude to renters, and the neighbors aren't too friendly either. If you like noisy kids who work on Capitol Hill and constant construction and maintenance workers interrupting your days, then you will love it here. It is very inconvenient to any shopping.
