Market Square Place

Moved in last summer and just renewed my lease! It’s in a great location & apartments with a parking garage downtown are hard to find. Apartments are nice sized and up to date, and the rooftop is very nice. The building doesn’t have a gym, but the UFC gym has a partnership with MSP that I’ve been using since they opened & it’s great! Management and maintenance are also helpful and actually respond quickly, which is a big plus in comparison in other apartments I’ve lived in.

We have lived at MSP for 2 years. It is a beautiful, well-maintained property. Justin, Liz, and Cristina are the best property managers that we have ever experienced across several cities. They are responsive and proactive. Roman, the building engineer, is knowledgeable and hard working. The location of the building is perfect for downtown living. The apartments are large and well-appointed. Amenities include a social room, courtyard with grills, and membership at the UFC gym. The garage provides the BEST parking downtown. The rent is very reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend Market Square Place. It is truly the best that Pittsburgh has to offer.

In general, very good, clean apartments. Location is awesome. I enjoy that the apartments have color and personality, unlike a lot of cookie-cutter gray/white apartments nowadays. Maintenance usually fixes requests within 1 business day. UFC gym is included with rent. Parking in the garage can be a little pricy, but for downtown it's overall good value.

Lived here for 6 months and never ran into any issues with neighbors or management. Considering the apartment was facing forbes ave there really wasn't constant noise only during busy hours.

Lived here for over 2 years. Building management takes good care of the building, inside and out. Apartments are really good value for the money. Having assigned parking in a garage is a real plus. I highly recommend.
