My parents live here, and the apartment is fine. However the admin are not very welcoming to visitors, as they do not allow non-resident parking or even offer visit parking passes even though there is a TON of parking space. They threaten to tow any car without a permit. Why not set aside even 4 spots for visitors? Visitors have to park on the street which is a bit of a walk on either side, especially if you are carrying a suitcase or groceries 🙃 Please consider offering a little more accessibility for visitors.
