Candace Martin is truly a gem- her top notch customer service skills and proficient communication is surely surpassed by none. She was incredibly helpful not only when viewing homes, but also throughout the entire process- so much so, we chose her to sell our old home, as well. It was a no brainer! Candace was responsive, relatable, compassionate and motivated to help us, even though we encountered a tumultuous closing with our mortgage company. She was always upbeat when we were chatting, yet her personality is very down to earth, and she was always willing to offer advice/guidance. She also offered any pertinent information regarding the homes before we scheduled seeing them, so we were aware of what could be wrong with the house, and if we should even see it.
