I would stay as far away as you can from Burke & Herbert bank. What all they have done to me, family members and some friends. That is why we all have left. There banks short people cash. Held checks locked up a retirement account into a cd. The retired person cannot get there money. I am so happy that the last family member is now leaving this bank. So I will not have to deal with this bank again.
