STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! You’re better off ANYWHERE else. Me and my wife rented here when we had just got married. Had numerous!!! Problems, we lived in two units. BOTH were ROACH INFESTED!!! No matter how many times the exterminator or pest control came by they would come out EVEN MORE. We used the exterminator and pest control for about 8 months and it never helped with the problem. Units were filled with problems, we lived in one non renovated unit and one renovated. The renovated unit had WAY more problems than the non renovated unit. A/C wouldn’t work, when it was working a funky smell would come out of the vents. Just an endless amount of issues. And in summer I gets HOT, the ac struggles for its life to keep up with the heat. The property itself is horrible, rundown, overa

I was not especially happy with a few things in the apartment upon viewing it I mentioned it to Rosie and before I moved in she rectified everything I mentioned and what really surprised me is she upgraded the kitchen counters and bathroom!. They look AWESOME!! Rosie has been wonderful through out the entire process of moving in. She worked with me and the process went very smooth. I am a older, single woman and I feel very secure here. The people have been so friendly, and the place is very clean! I would highly recommend this place. It is priced right and the move in specials were wonderful. I LOVE LIVING HERE!! I would suggest if you are looking for a reasonably priced place with a very friendly accommodating staff you get here before all the apartments

Three words: Unsafe - Dirty - Unreliable I moved here with high expectations, but my experience has been very disappointing. From day one, there have been ongoing issues: The trash rooms are locked, forcing residents to leave garbage in the hallways, making common areas, especially the lobby and elevators, dirty and unpleasant. Elevators frequently break down, and today both elevators are completely out of service, leaving residents stranded. Fitness center and pool are only open 9 AM - 5 PM, which is inconvenient for working residents. There are repeated maintenance issues in the apartment, including flooding sinks. Most importantly, security is lacking. Residents have been threatening, doors and vending machines have been damaged, and there is no on-site security. Living here feel

My stay at Mark One Apartments has been exceptional >. The current management team has been awesome and has exceeded my expectations. They have treated everyone with dignity and respect. The front office works with tenants to create a welcoming stay along with handling maintenance requests promptly and securing a safe environment. This property is located near all the closest attractions so your stay will be filled with entertainment. I would recommend anyone to consider stopping by and check out the property. Enjoy your stay !

I moved in hoping for a safe, livable space, but what I got was an ongoing infestation and multiple safety concerns including open doors to the public without a key to enter the building allowing anyone to roam the complex. The roaches are constant…no matter how clean you keep the place or how often pest control “treats” it. Basic safety standards? Also a gamble. If you’re looking for peace of mind or even just a sense of hygiene, find another place to live… I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wish someone had warned me before I signed the lease. I am legally leaving my apartment due to constant roaches and safety issues.
