This was my 3rd home mortgage refi in 4 years. Rates keep dropping (or staying at historic lows) and value (equity) keeps going UP! So we refi'd to get a better rate, then we refi'd again to get all our debt paid off and get a big load of cash out to do more improvements, then we finally refi'd again several months ago to simply lower our monthly payment with yet another lower (sub-3%) interest rate. This last one is the one Mark & Mgtg Nav did for us. BY FAR the EASIEST, QUICKEST, LEAST HASSLE refi of all 3... by far!!! Mark is great to deal with, and his info upload system is easy and fun, and his demeanor over the phone is tops.
