From the window installation, new patio, flower boxes (and flowers!), and all the support from your staff (plumbers, electricians, security, etc.), I can't thank you enough. Keep ordering breakfast pizza and smoothies from me friends, so i can be right below your offices for a long, long time. Thank you!

Sean was great to work with in sorting the logistics of securing our lease. Additionally, everyone we have worked with at Mark IV have all been so welcoming, friendly and attentive. We are grateful to them to have made the transition to an office setting a breeze!

Today on 11/6/2024 the maintenance team including Ken and Francisco came to my home to investigate a bat situation in the basement and with great teamwork between the both of these men they were able to find the bat and safely remove it from my home! They definitely went the extra extent and it was greatly appreciated! Maintenance team is always on top of things, they truly do a great job! For Ken and Francisco..THANK YOU!!! 😊

After signing a 15 month lease with one of Mark IVs properties, we quickly realized it was the biggest mistake. The day after we signed a lease, we realized black mold was growing in our basement on the drywall. We have had several issues with leaky pipes and water soaking our first levels and basement. We have reached out to the property manager several times about the mold and they have done nothing to resolve it. We were told that Mark IV never lets people out of their leases. We have pictures and recordings of everything that has occurred, thankfully. I am not sure how this company expects to lease properties under hazardous conditions where people can’t feel safe and are experiencing health issues due to the mold and continue with normal business. Update: still haven’t pulled together $500 to fix the dent in my then new car. Mark IV Enterprises has never contacted me. You would think that with owning half the city you would put some cameras in your parking lots so that people could track down the person who hits them in hit and run. Thanks a lot Mark 4 Enterprises and Sally the business manager who told me this has happened multiple times (yet they still don't get cameras)? Very inconsiderate of the people in our city. I literally can’t park at Tony D’s in Corn Hill without thinking of this experience and still haven’t been able to fix the dent in my car from the hit and run I was in in their parking lot.
