So my experience with Mark was really great. He was like the 4th or 5th "buy homes fast" kind of company/investor we contacted. Mark's offer came in a bit lower than 1 or 2 of the Big Names, but there was an easy and a way about Mark that made us feel more comfortable. Mark understood how confusing and new this type of process was and ANYTHING I asked, Mark explained and did so in a way that just built trust with every conversation. His partners in the field and his choice of title companies, also on point. YES, we left a few thousand on the table. But to be honest, id do it again. After dealing with the Open doors and other Blackrock owned companies. A local guy doing right by local people is what we chose. Call me dumb or whatever for passing on about 4k.
