We did a major remodeling of our house in 2022. We initially worked with Josh Austin on the design and specs. Mark Austin then came in when construction started and made numerous changes along the way to the original designs, all of which were fantastic. Mark has a wonderful eye for detail and makes suggestions that add flourish and improve on the architectural designs during the building process. Everyone that Mark put us in touch with or who worked on our house during the construction— carpenters, flooring, plumbers, electricians, roofers, stonemasons, landscapers—were fantastic and obviously he had worked with Mark many times in the past, so there was a level of familiarity that you don’t often receive with other builders.
